As a realtor looking for lake property up in NH, I had high expectations, and all I can say is that Dan exceeded them. We were up in NH for the weekend and the owner of the property we wanted to see ( and ultimately bought) was not feeling well so understandably turned down the showing. Dan knew we were seriously considering it as a tear down, so instead of just saying no, he asked us to meet next door to the property which had lake access and we were able to see the lot from there, which is all we needed to do to know we wanted to buy it. Lori was our buyer agent during a search for the "perfect" waterfront property. We had long list of wants and she helped us negotiate our way through many hurdles to finally close on the land that met that wishlist. She was always available for questions and requests regardless of how trivial they may have seemed to be. O'Halloran was a great resource and provided us with contacts for expertise that wasn't in their wheelhouse as well.

Working with Josh Lizotte to buy our vacation home in the Sunapee region was 5 star! He was incredibly patient and helpful during our years-long search. He was thorough, responsive and diligent during the negotiations and closing process of our home which made the whole experience seamless and simple. Most of all, Josh has really extensive knowledge of all things real estate and the Sunapee region. Walking through any house we looked at, he pointed out important things about the home and property we wouldn’t have known to focus on. He had answers for our endless questions about the area and many reliable local contacts to recommend. His professional experience in a variety of areas made him a wealth of information on all steps of buying our home from septic systems to the lending process to home insurance and more. To say Lori is a good sales-person would be selling her short. She's a good person, and that helps her be great at helping others. If she didn't have an answer to a question we had, she had the person who did on speed-dial. She recommended excellent professionals for us to work with in the other parts of home buying, and even with some of the repairs/upgrades we are doing. She stuck with us through a difficult process (on the other side - selling our last home) and even reached out to help smooth out some of the bumps with that transaction too. She showed us plenty of houses, and really had a feel for what we'd like. She made the hard stuff easy, and in every way made us feel like more than just clients. Lori helped us purchase our first home. Although, we didn’t give her much to go on as far as interests or style choices, she still found us the perfect home. She helped navigate us through the process every step of the way and was always a phone call, text, or email away. Her knowledge of the area and the home buying process made our experience less stressful despite several issues with our lender. Lori was a joy to work with and helped us get the perfect first home!

Hire Josh to help you buy your home. Josh came as a recommendation from our loan agent. We had about a month to buy a new house and move. As first-time home buyers, we found a house online we wanted, saw it, and wanted to put in an offer -- before we had ever met Josh in person. After a brief conversation, Josh helped us put in the offer. An hour or two later, cold feet set in, and we pulled the offer. Josh stuck with us, instead of writing us off as flakes. Our first day out we saw three houses. The first was okay, but a little out of budget, and not what we wanted. The following two were awful, the kind of thing you see in nightmares. Where Josh could have talked us into that first not-perfect house, he told us we would find the right one. Throughout our experience, Josh was available, was funny, positive, and easy going. He answered our random questions, laughed with us in horror as we escaped awful houses, and treated us with professionalism, despite the fact that we were in a modest home bracket in a town a little outside of his area. I can't recommend Josh highly enough.
