- Land was subdivided at town line (Sunapee ZBA granted variance for lot size), due to the irregular shape of the original parcel.
- Test pits dug and analyzed and soils support a 4 bedroom septic system. Relief could be applied for and you might be able get approval for a 5th bedroom, however soils fully accommodate 4 bedrooms.
- Driveway permit applied for with NHDOT and successfully issued (Driveways on this road are regulated by the state of NH and not the town of Sunapee or Newbury).
- Dock permit application submitted and approved. 2 boat slips on (6'x30' seasonal dock). A full wetlands permit is required for 3 boat slips, and should be approvable by NHDES.
