Located primarily in the town of New London, with a very small portion of the lake drifting over the townline and into Springfield, Little Lake Sunapee is the ideal place to get away from it all. You won’t find any bustling harbors or restaurants on its shores, instead you’ll be able to enjoy the true peacefulness of the New Hampshire lake lifestyle. There is a public boat launch located by Little Lake Sunapee dam, and Bucklin Beach is open to town residents and their guests.
Little Lake Sunapee is more than just a waterfront destination. If you’re looking to have fun on land, Twin Lake Village located off of Little Lake Sunapee Road, has a fun 9-hole golf course with impressive views of the lake. Little Sunpee also offers a great bike loop ride and is home to the New London Triathlon held annually during the first weekend in August.
