As the first 6 months of 2023 close out, the median sales price for the Sunapee Region sits at $417,250 up from $365,000 for the same time period in 2022. The total number of homes sold in our region since January 1 is 164, down 78 sales from 2022. Read our June Market Report here.
Inventory locally and statewide is finally showing signs of improvement. For the majority of this year, there have been less than 950 single family homes* available for sale.
