Following February trends, March remained a slow month for real estate activity in the Lake Sunapee Region. There were 27 single-family homes sales contributing to a year-to-date total of 80 sales. The median sales price for March came in at $460,000, bringing the cumulative median sales price for 2024 to $414,000. Click to read more!

Inventory locally and statewide is finally showing signs of improvement. For the majority of this year, there have been less than 950 single family homes* available for sale.
