NH Duck Drop at Mount Sunapee!

So Long Summer!
It breaks our hearts to bid beach days goodbye after such a wonderful and successful summerseason but, we are equally as excited for what opportunitiesthe cooler months have in store for us.
The O'Halloran Group is participating in this years NHDuckDrop at Mount SunapeeA fundraiser hosted by Northcape Design and Mount Sunapee Resort to support the Boys and Girls Club of Central NH. The event begins atnoononOctober 7th and is open to anyone looking to have a good time.
Its going to be an awesome fall day at the mountain filled with old-fashioned games, pumpkin carving, hayrides, aerial chairlift rides, a beer patioand of coursespectacular BBQ food. The part thats unique to us as a sponsor, is that the OHalloran Group will be creating a huge duckdrop target on the ski slopes. Participants will have the chance to ride the lift, find our target, and send their rubber duckies free failing in hopes of winning some seriously cool prizes (the closestduckto the target is the winner)! There will be prizes from local well-known vendors and even a chance to take home one million dollars, or various trips such as a Costa Rica spa getaway or Caribbean cruise!
All in all, it will be fun, festive day of friends, good food and some friendly competition. For additional information please visithttp://nhduckdrop.com/
Looking forward to seeing you there!

Duck Drop Wrap Up!

We are proud to have been part of the fun and incredible success of the 1st Annual, NH Duck Drop at Mount Sunapee! We are so pleased to learn that close to $40,000 was raised for the Boys and Girls Club of Central, NH. This amazing event was spearheaded by Northcape Design principal Brett Cusick, who recognized an opportunity to help kids succeed while enhancing the fun at Mt. Sunapees Annual Fall Festival & Pig Roast. A big thank you the generous sponsors, creative target builders and most importantly the hundreds of participants that joined in on the fun! The weather was a bit gloomy at times, but that did not stop the line at the registration table from snaking down to the lodge.

We were excited to see so many familiar smiling faces there to be a part of our Team. Shout out to, John Reed for throwing the winning duck into the O'Halloran Group Target! We hope you enjoy your trip to Meredith, NH at the, Mill Falls Inn. Pictured above are some of our O'Halloran Group team members that were able to enjoy the Duck Drop excitement!

Sunapee Region Real Estate and Spring 2018 Events

Starting 2018 Strong!

Happy Spring! The real estate market is still strong, and the numbers certainly don't lie! Below you will find 2017 year-end stats reflectingthe Lake Sunapee Region, lake specific market stats, information about our new agent,spring-time happenings, our featured listingsand more cool information!

Sunapee Region Real Estate

The numbers are in and 2017 finished just two sales behind 2016's record year! As you will see in the chart below, the median sales price has gone up to $240,000 just $20,000 higher than last year. From a comparison standpoint, in the year 2000, the median price was $130,000!

Real estate inventory remains low and there are more buyers than available homes. The housing shortage, paired with the low 30-year mortgage rates, lead to eager buyers and a market that is prime for selling. If you have been considering selling your home, or know someone who is, it may be the right time to have a comparative market analysis (CMA) on your home. CMAs are a free service that will provide you with an understanding of your homes value in our current real estate market. Please feel free to call/text us at 603-252-6428 or send us an email today.
