New Hampshire Maple Weekend is right around the corner! While sugaring season lasts as long as the weather allows, this special weekend is when sugar houses and local businesses across the state open their doors for tours, tastings, and festivities. If you're in the Lake Sunapee Region, here are a few can’t-miss events:
Fellstone Maple
Old Turnpike Road, Salisbury, NH
Step inside this family-run sugar house for a tour and a taste of their fresh maple syrup. They’ll also be making donuts and offering a variety of maple treats. Visit Fellstone Maple on Facebook.
Harding Hill Farm Pancake Breakfast
545 Stagecoach Road, Sunapee, NH
On March 15 and 16, Harding Hill Farm is teaming up with Scott Brothers Kitchen for a pancake breakfast. After touring the sugar house, enjoy pancakes, eggs, and sausage topped with their fresh maple syrup. Breakfast starts at 9:00 am and runs until they sell out. Learn more here.
Mac's Maple
259 River Road, Plainfield, NH
Just a short drive north from the Sunapee Region, you'll find Mac's Maple! Celebrating maple season over two weekends March 15 and 16 and March 22 and 23 from 10:00 am - 3:00 pm. Stop by to watch the syrup-making process, chat with the sugar makers, and enjoy fresh maple syrup samples. They’ll also have homemade maple treats and savory snacks available. Sanctuary Dairy Farm
209 Route 103, Sunapee, NH
Can’t fit all the maple fun into one weekend? Sanctuary Dairy Farm is celebrating over two weekends—March 15–16 and March 22–23. Enjoy homemade maple ice cream, maple pulled pork, fritters, pancakes, waffles, and more. Looking for extra fun? The Easter Bunny will make an appearance on April 19, marking the official start of ice cream season. Follow the updates on Facebook.
Trail Side Sugar House
246 Currier Road, Andover, NH
Open from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm both days. Enjoy free sugar house tours all weekend. Alongside their signature maple syrup, they’ll have maple cotton candy, honey, beef jerky, maple mustard, nuts, and BBQ sauce for sale. Will A Way Maples

Visit this sugar house for free tours, syrup samples, and maple confections on Saturday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm and Sunday from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. Additional information on Facebook.
