New Hampshire Real Estate Market Update
From January 1 through November 30, there have been 15,926 residential property sales in New Hampshire (11,069 single-family homes, 3,708 condos, 1,149 mobile homes). Out of the 11,069 single-family homes sold, the median list price continues to hold at $499,000 and the median sold price is $515,000. At the time of this writing there were 2,369 residential properties for sale in the state, down from 2,785 that we recorded in our October blog post.
Sunapee Region Real Estate Market Update
From January 1 through November 30, 542 residential properties have sold in the Sunapee Region (492 single-family homes, 38 condos, 12 mobile homes). Out of the 492 single-family homes sold, the median list price was $469,500 (down from $475,000 in October 2024) and the median sold price was $460,000 (also down from $464,450).
At the time of this writing, there were 83 single-family homes, eight condos, and three mobile homes available for sale. The median days on market (DOM) for these properties is 65 while the average is 97 (an increase from 56 and 86 DOM in October). Nearly half of these properties have had a price reduction since they were listed for sale.
