Sunapee Region Home Sales, May 2024

New Hampshire Real Estate Market Update
As of this writing, there are 2,412 active residential properties available for sale in New Hampshire. This includes 1,708 single family homes, 547 condos, and 156 manufactured homes. The median number of days these properties remain on the market is 29, with a median listing price of $589,000.

From January 1 through May 31, a total of 5,716 residential properties have been sold, with a median listing price of $450,000.


Sunapee Region Real Estate Market Update
In the Sunapee Region, 167 residential properties have sold including 155 single family homes, 10 condos and 2 manufactured homes. 

The median sales price for single-family homes sold for the month of May was $446,000, raising the median sales price for 2024 to $420,00, up from $415,000 in April.

The number of homes for sale has risen from 67 at the time of our last post to 96 now. When including condos and mobile homes, that number increases to 111 with a median days on market of 27. You can view newly listed properties here.
