Sunapee Region Home Sales, March 2024

Following February trends, March remained a slow month for real estate activity in the Lake Sunapee Region. There were 27 single-family homes sales contributing to a year-to-date total of 80 sales. The median sales price for March came in at $460,000 bringing the cumulative median sales price for 2024 to $414,000. As of this writing, there are 47 single family homes, 8 condos and 87 land parcels for sale in the Sunapee Region.
