New Hampshire's Upper Valley Home Sales Report 2005 - 2022

The charts below provide home sales data for the New Hampshire towns of Hanover, Lebanon, Enfield, Plainfield and Lyme. All towns located in the Upper Valley Region have seen a steady increase in the median sales and average sales prices, as well as a significant decrease in the average days on market (DOM).

When looking at available homes for sale in these five towns (data pulled on April 26, 2023*), there were 59 single family residential homes for sale with a median list price of $695,000. Here's a snapshot for each town:

Homes for Sale: 14
Median List Price: $1,547,000

Homes for Sale: 7
Median List Price: $765,000

Homes for Sale: 13
Median List Price: $649,000

Homes for Sale: 4
Median List Price: $564,000

Homes for Sale: 5
Median List Price: $625,000
