Fireworks Schedule and July Events 2022 - Lake Sunapee Region

Below are some of our favorite 2022 firework displays and Independence Day and town celebrations!! As we learn of others, we'll be sure to update this post. If you know of a show or July event that should be added, leave us a comment below.
 

Pleasant Lake Fireworks - New London
Friday, July 1
Fireworks by Atlas PyroVision. Watch this spectacular display from the Slope ‘n Shore lawn across from the Inn at Pleasant Lake, Elkins Beach or the dam.


Pleasant Lake Boat Parade - New London
Saturday, Jul 2, 3:00 pm
Boats will gather at Slope N Shore at 2:30 pm


Sunapee Fireworks
Saturday, July 2, starts at dusk
In addition to fireworks, Sunapee will host a parade, hotdog eating contest and there will be live music at the gazebo from 2:00 – 5:00 pm.
Best viewing spot, Sunapee Harbor

 

Andover Fourth of July Celebration
Monday, July 4
Get ready for a fun-filled day in Andover! Games, music, great food and yes the parade! This year's theme is “Around the Town in 80 Years.” For more information read this article from the Andover Beacon.

 

Andover Firecracker 5k
Monday, July 4
Flat and fast out and back rail trail run! Sign up online or day-of event. Race starts at 9:00 am.


Newbury Fireworks
Saturday, July 9, starts at dusk
Best viewing spot, Newbury Harbor


Newbury Old Home Day
Saturday, July 9, the fun begins at 10:00 am
Packed with tons of family fun from rock climbing walls, and pony rides to food trucks and live music! Events all take place around Newbury Harbor and near Newbury Library.

**Bradford Celebration Day** 
This year, Bradford will not be holding their Celebration Day in July. They have moved this special event to September 24, 2022 – keep an eye on the Bradford Celebration Day Facebook page for all the details.
