March 2021 Home Sales in the Sunapee Region
It's hard to believe we have already ended the first quarter of 2021. So far it is shaping up to be a good year for real estate in the Sunapee region, however the number of home sales has stayed near, or lower than previous years. Juxtapose to this, median sale prices have continued to stay higher than previous years.
In March alone there were 46 sales, of which 9 were in Newbury and 8 in Newport. This was a busy month especially for Newbury with sale prices ranging widely from $75,000 - $1,115,000. Overall, median prices thus far in 2021 have fluctuated from $300,000 in January, $292,450 in February, and now $286,000 in March.
