January 2021 Home Sales
Home sales in the Lake Sunapee Region started off strong for 2021, with a total of 41 sales in January! That is more than the previous record of 40 in 2020. Grantham led the way with 9 sales, and Newport followed closely with 8. Median sales price rose significantly cresting $300,000, reflecting high demand in the region which lowered the days on market to an average of 49.
