Home Sales, November 2020

As we near the end of a tumultuous 2020, real estate sales continue to hold strong both in number of transactions and sales price. In the Sunapee region, close to 80 single-family homes sold during the month of November with a median list price of $349,900 and a median sold price of $358,000. A huge increase when looking back to November 2019 where there were 48 homes sold, a median list price of $282,499 and a median sold price of $270,500. As expected, the average Days on Market (DOM) decreased from 62 DOM in November 2019 to 42 DOM this November.

The single-family home sales in November have brought the annual cumulative sales in our region to 744 with a median sold price of $309,000. From January 1 through November 30, that’s 113 more sales than in 2019 and a $60,000 increase in the median sales price.
