August 2020 single-family homes sales came in at a total of 88. This is down by five sales from August 2019 which had 93 home sales. Both the median list price and the median sales price significantly increased from 2019 (see the breakdown below). The average days on market (DOM) went up to 65 in August 2020 from 53 in August 2019, however this is holding steady with the DOM average we saw in July 2020.
