What's Happening in the Local Real Estate Market? March 25 - 31

As a follow up to our homes sales report from last week, below you'll find a side-by-side comparison for March 25 through March 31 for both 2019 and 2020. Properties are still coming on the market and Real Estate was deemed an essential business--in large part due to the advocacy work of the staff and volunteers at the New Hampshire Association of Realtors.

We'll continue to post similar content as the weeks go on, but if you'd like to see data for other timeframes, give us a shout and we can run that as well! Also, as with most industries, the process for buying and selling has greatly adapted to our current times. If you have questions, or are looking for additional information on how this has impacted the home buying and selling process, please feel free to reach out to any member of our team!
