The Holiday season is well underway and we hope you and your loved ones experienced a wonderful 2017. As the end of the year quickly approaches, we at the O'Halloran Group have so much to reflect upon and be grateful for. The Gallery of Gifts is a favorite annual exhibit at the Library Arts Center (Newport, NH) in which the gallery is turned into an exhibit of unique, hand-made crafts during the holiday season. The exhibit provides the residents and visitors the opportunity to purchase beautiful, locally crafted items during the season of giving. This JURIED show draws over 100 talented area crafters to display and sell their work, so that visitors to this boutique-style event will find unique holiday gifts.
Ragged Mountain's annual Holiday Celebration and Tree Lighting Ceremony! Gather outside the front of the Elmwood Lodge and enjoy some hot chocolate and s'mores with us while we celebrate the holiday season. December 23rd.
Salt Hill's 11th Annual New Year's Eve Bash featuring the insanely talented local rock four-piece FLEW-Z! Ring in 2018 with the area's favorite hard rockers and enjoy covers from the 80s, 90s, 00s and beyond! Four great hours of no-holds-barred good time rock & roll, party favors, complimentary champagne toast and more! Ring in the New Year "Sunapee-style" at Goosefeathers Pub. The Pub will stay open until 8:00 pm and fireworks begin at 9:00 pm on Eggbeater. There will be a DJ playing music to add to the party! December 31st.
Dinner With Jack Frost! Enjoy a taste of New London and beyond! This outdoor dinner will take place at Colby-Sawyer College with area restaurants offering different courses. Tiki torches and campfires will keep you warm. Fun for the whole family! Limited tickets available. February 2, 2018 from 5:30 - 7:00 pm.
New London Winter Carnival Fireworks -This grand fireworks display is the New London way of celebrating community and enjoying winter. This show is entirely funded by donations! If you would like to contribute please contact Scott Blewitt, Recreation Director at recreation@nl-nh.com or call 526-6401. This show is professionally displayed by Atlas Pyro in the field behind the old middle school off Main St.February 3, 2018 from 6:00 - 7:00 pm.
