Lake Sunapee Region Home Sales - July 2017

As you cansee in the chart below, home sales year-to-date are down 13.8% when compared to last year and the median price is up just over $20,000. I believe this is due to the shortage of inventory in our region as there are plenty of buyers looking for their next home.
