Lake Sunapee Region Home Sales June 2017

We can'tbelieve how fast the year is flying by! Summer is in full swing with tons of great events coming up (click here to learn more). As you cansee in the chart below, home sales year-to-date are down 12.4% when compared to last year and the median price is up over $25,000. I believe this is due to the shortage of inventory in our region as there are plenty of buyers looking for their next home.
