Lake Sunapee Region Home Sales May 2017

As you cansee in the chart below, sales year-to-date are down 12.4% when compared to last year and median price is up. I believe this is due to the shortage of inventory in our region as there are plenty of buyers looking for their next home. Inventory remains a challenge, so if you are thinking about selling your home or know someone who is, please feel free to give me call/email/text.
